I recently felt called to bring this product back. It’s a bit of a labor of love but I was craving the health benefits for my skin.

Sunny rose is aptly names because of the ingredients used. Sunny is the name of my sourdough starter, which is the star ingredient of this face mask. She is dehydrated at a temperature that keeps her alive, and then powdered. Using this ingredient as a face mask was very intuitive. I’ll never forget the first time I tried it and how delightfully surprised I was at how it left my skin feeling.

Rose is obviously one of the most gorgeous feminine ingredients that we should be using daily. I paired the sourdough starter with rose knowing that this combo would feel like love.

Note: this is not a particularly aesthetically pleasing mask. Applying to your skin can be a little tedious (think clumps) but once you’ve removed it, you’ll feel why it was worth it. I love the effect this product has on my pores.

Directions: blend with your preferred liquid like water or hydrosol, to boost the experience blend it with honey, and allow it to sit for 5 mins or so. Rub on face gently. If using with water or hydrosol, remove once the mask has dried. When using honey, I like to keep it on for the duration of my bath. Follow us with hydrosol and oil or balm.
